Von Esslingen (Mettingen) geht es am Neckar entlang bis nach Ebersbach. Dann den Berg hinauf und Richtung Herrenmühle. Diesen umrundeten wir und dann fuhren wir über Waldwege und einen abschließenden sehr schönen Trail nach Nassach. In Nassach geht es dann auf Asphalt wieder bergauf und an Baltmannsweiler und Hohengehren vorbei Richtung Aichwald. Kurz vor Lobenrot geht es wieder in den Schurwald und einen ca. 1 km langen, anspruchsvollen Trail bergab. Weiter geht es dann am Katzenkopf vorbei über schöne Trails. Am Ende des Waldes wartet die Waldschenke mit leckerem Kuchen, Radler etc. Durch die Weinberge geht es zurück ins Neckartal.

From Esslingen (Mettingen) it goes along the Neckar to Ebersbach. Then up the hill and towards Mr. Mill. This we walked around and then we drove on forest roads and a final very nice trail to Nassach. In Nassach then it goes uphill on asphalt and Baltmannsweiler and Hohengehren past direction Aichwald again. Shortly before Lobenrot it goes back into the virgin forest and a 1 km long, challenging trail downhill. Then continue on cats head over over beautiful trails. At the end of the forest, the forest tavern waiting with delicious cakes, cyclists etc. Through the vineyards, it goes back into the Neckar valley.
