Die Anfahrt von Cala Liberotto erfolgt über einen guten Feldweg quer über die Baroniahügel nach Onifai und anschliessend gemütlich dem Fluss entlang nach Galtelli. In galtelli beginnt die Steigung zum Monte Tuttavista. Der gesamte Anstieg asphaltiert und steil. in engen Serpentinen führt die Strasse durch wunderschöne Wälder aufwärts und erlaubt immer wieder schöne Blicke ins Hinterland. Auf dem Gipfel wird man für die Mühen mit einer herrlichen Rundsicht belohnt. Nach einem kurzen Stück Abfahrt kommt man zu einer Kreuzung. Es lohnt sich hier die linke Strasse zu wählen. Diese Stichstrasse führt zu einem weiteren Aussichtspunkt, welcher leicht zu erreichen ist. Wieder zurück auf dem eigentlichen Weg, folgt die ebenfalls steile und zum Teil mit losem Schotter belegte Abfahrt hinunter nach Orosei. nach einem kurzen Gelatti-Halt in Orosei folgt ads Ausrollen dem Meer entlang zurück zum Startpunkt.
