Von der Bonner Südbrücke aus fährt man über den Dollendorfer Hardt in das Siebengebirge. Von dort geht es Richtung Koster Heisterbacherrott und dann hinauf auf den Petersberg und von dort ein Stück zurück und dann zur Margarethenhöhe (Ittenbach). Auf dem Weg vom Petersberg dorthin kann, wer mag, noch den Nonnenstromberg mitnehmen. Ein schöner Singletrail erwartet euch. Von der Margarethenhöhe aus geht es durch das Nachtigallental hinunter nach Königswinter und damit zurück in die Zivilisation. Die Fahrt durch das Nachtigallental ist sehr schön, insbesondere das letzte Stück, das wir als "Karusell" bezeichnen. :-) Von Königswinter aus geht es dann am Rhein entlang zurück nach Bonn. Da kann man ein bisschen was für die Grundlagenausdauer machen.

From the Bonn south bridge you have to go through the Dollendorfer Hardt in the Seven Mountains. From there we head Koster Heisterbacherrott and then up on the Petersberg and from there back a bit and then to Margarethenhoehe (Itten Bach). On the way from Peter Berg there can, if you like, or take the nuns Stromberg. A nice single trail awaits you. From the Margarethenhoehe it goes through the Nachtigallental down to King Winter and so back to civilization. The drive through the Nightingale is very nice, especially the last part, we as & quot; Karusell & quot; designate. :-) By King Winter from it then goes along the Rhine back to Bonn. Because you can make a little something for the basic endurance.
