Wir starten vom Wanderparkplatz "Eichelkamp" in Arloff, fahren hier ein kleines Stück den Asphaltweg in den Wald hinein. An der Schutzhütte fahren wir rechts auf den Waldweg in Richtung Iversheim, nach kurzer Fahrt biegen wir links auf den ersten flowigen Trail, am Waldweg angekommen folgen wir diesen rechts in Richtung Iversheim, kurz danach fahren wir links auf den Reitweg um auf den dritten Waldweg zu kommen. Hier angekommen folgen wir diesen links um auf den nächsten schönen Trail zu gelangen. Dieser ist nach kurzer Abfahrt (Vorsicht nicht zu schnell, sonst verpasst man den Trail) links zu nehmen. Nach diesem Trail geht es dann gemütlich über Wald- und Reitwege in Richtung "Decke Tönnes". Beim Decke Tönnes angekommen fahren wir noch ein kleines Stück die MTB 1, machen dann rechts einen kleinen Abstecher über schöne Waldwege um dann später wieder auf die MTB 1 in Richtung Eicherscheid zu gelangen. Unten kurz vor der Forellenzucht in Eicherscheid angekommen, fahren wir scharf rechts Richtung Rodert. Hier folgt ein kurzer knackiger Anstieg, nach der Linkskurve hat man eine stetige Steigung. An der Weggabelung fahren wir Richtung Decke Tönnes, an der nächsten Weggabelung dann Richtung Rodert. In Rodert angekommen fahren wir Richtung Jugendherberge um hier auf schönen flowigen Trails in den Kurpark zu gelangen. Vom Kurpark aus, geht es an der Fachhochschule vorbei wieder in den Wald Richtung Steinbachtalsperre (MTB 2). Hier ist dann nochmal ein kleiner Anstieg um dann anschließend gemütlich zurück zum Ausgangspunkt zu gelangen.

We start from the trail parking lot & quot; Eichelkamp & quot; in Arloff, go here a small piece of the asphalt road into the forest. At the refuge we take a right onto the forest path towards Iversheim, after a short drive we turn left on the first flowing trail, arrived at the forest path we follow these right towards Iversheim, shortly after we turn left at the bridleway on the third forest road to come. Once there we follow these links to go to the next beautiful trail. This is a short exit (caution not too fast or you'll miss the trail) to take on the left. After this trail we then cozy on forest and riding trails quot in direction &; ceiling Tönnes & quot ;. Arriving at the ceiling Tönnes we drive a small piece of the MTB one, then make a small detour right on beautiful forest trails to later then return to the MTB in one direction Eicherscheid. Once at the bottom just before the trout farm in Eicherscheid, we take a sharp right direction Rodert. Here follows a short crisp rise, after the left-hander has a constant slope. At the junction we head toward the ceiling Tönnes, at the next junction then towards Rodert. In Rodert arrived we head to Hostel here on beautiful flowing trails in the park to get. From the park, it goes to the college over again in the forest direction Steinbachtalsperre (MTB 2). Here then is again a small increase and then subsequently cozy to return to the starting point.
