Giro sui sentieri piú belli intorno al Monte Arbostora, sulla penisola a sud di Lugano. Si sale su asfalto da Paradiso a Pazzallo, da dove si seguono i cartelli segnaletici per le bici. Si arriva a Carabbia, da dove comincia il bellissimo singletrack che vi porta fino ad Arbostora. Il primo tratto ha dei brevi saliscendi tutti fattibili in sella, poi il sentiero scende dolcemente e senza particolari difficoltà tecniche fino al lago (flow!).
Qui si prende il lungolago che si lascia per salire sulla strada asfaltata che transita per la caratteristica Vico Morcote e che si lascia per arrivare all'Alpe Vicania (ristorante). Da qui si sale ancora un po' prima di riaddentrarsi in un altro bel sentiero che sbuca a Carona dietro le piscine. Di nuovo un sentiero vi porta fino a sotto Ciona, dove farete un centinaio di metri su asfalto e al primo tornante andate dritti e tagliate per il bosco su un sentiero un po' più tecnico ma tutto fattibile in sella (ortiche alla fine!). Si sbuca a Carabbia da dove si riprende il sentiero di salita fino ad un bivio che vi porterà giù a Grancia, prima su sentiero, poi su ciottolato. Da Grancia si rientra su asfalto (dietro i centri commerciali) a Pambio.

Ride on the most beautiful trails around Mount Arbostora, on the peninsula south of Lugano. You climb out of asphalt from Heaven to Pazzallo, from where you follow the signs for the bike. You get to Carabbia, from where begins the beautiful singletrack that takes you up to Arbostora. The first section has some short ups and downs all feasible in the saddle, then the trail descends gently and without major technical difficulties to the lake (flow).
Here you take the promenade that is left to get on the asphalt road passes through the characteristic Morcote and that you leave to get to Alpe Vicania (restaurant). From here you climb a little 'before riaddentrarsi in another beautiful trail, which goes back to Carona pools. Of a new trail takes you up to under Ciona, where you will take a few hundred meters of asphalt and go straight to the first bend and cut through the woods on a trail a bit 'more technical but quite feasible in the saddle (nettles at the end). It comes out in Carabbia from where you take the path uphill to a fork in the road that will take you down to the Grange, first along the path, then on the cobblestones. From the Grange falls on asphalt (behind the shopping centers) in Pambio.
