Gestartet wird vom Bahnhof in Mayschoß, hier geht es im gemütlichen Tempo entlang der Ahr nach Altenahr. In Altenahr fahren wir dann auf den Rotweinwanderweg (Steigungen von 5% bis 16%), hier sollte man immerwieder die tolle Aussicht genießen. In Walporzheim fahren wir dann hinunter zur Straße in Richtung Altenahr. Wir fahren den Ahrtal-Radweg und entlang der Ahr (einen schönen flowigen Trail) bis Rech, in Rech hat man dann die Möglichkeit auf der Straße zurück nach Mayschoß zu fahren oder der Beschilderung nach Mayschoß zu folgen (durch den Wald mit langezogener Auffahrt, die nicht schwierig ist). (in dieser Route ist der Weg über die Straße) WICHTIG Diese Runde sollte man nicht am Wochenende fahren, da zuviele Wanderer unterwegs sind
