L'itinerario esce dalla città, zona b.go Trento, costeggiando l'adige per diga del Chievo Parona fino a località Nassar, senza toccare asfalto.
Da qui ci si sposta a Pedemonte da dove per campi si sale fin sotto la Masua che sovrasta Negrar. Si scende ora a Prognol con un rinfrescante guado per risalire ripidamente a Canzago, sulla dorsale che scende a Valgatara. La si percorre interamente per giungere fino a S.Floriano.

The route out of the town, b.go Trento, along the dam of the South Tyrol for Chievo Parona to resort Nassar, without touching the asphalt.
From here we move to Pedemonte for fields where you climb up under the Planusartu above Negrar. It now falls to Prognol with a refreshing wade to climb steeply to Canzago, on the ridge that descends to Valgatara. Follow it fully and finally to S.Floriano.
