partenza da cercivento e salita verso il monte tenchia. si raggiunge su asfalto il pian delle streghe poi si prosegue verso il monte zoufplan e si sale ancora verso il monte terzo. a quota 2000metri parte il sentiero che prima attraversa fino ad una sella e poi scende deciso verso destra. qui bisogna un po indovinare il tracciato. Si raggiunge una malga e per sentiero prativo si perde ancora quota. si entra nel bosco e per bel single trek si raggiunge e attraversa la stradina che porta all'agriturismo lavoreit. si continua su bel sentiero fino alla località fas sopra cleulis. da qui meglio seguire la traccia gps per prendere il sentiero bello ed impegnativo che porta a timau in zona tempio ossario. da qui abbiamo preso la strada romana fino ai laghetti ma la sconsiglio, meglio asfalto. gelato ai laghetti e poi salita ( durissima e caldissima) al marinalli. dal rifugio a spinta su monte floriz poi in bici verso sella plums e poi malga plums. dalla malga occhio alla traccia gps per lasciare il sentiero e attraverso una discesa in prato prendere il sentiero un po ciclabile e un po no che in breve porta a biolchia. da qui godimento assoluto. seguire la traccia gps viste le numerose deviazioni possibili. quella che l'ottima guida alberto mi ha fatto seguire sembra la più scorrevole. si arriva a givigliana. discesa ripida su stradina ciottolata e poi svolta a sinistra per sentiero. altro godimento. ad un casolare diroccato si percorre il sentiero incassato e ad un bivio si va a sinistra. 2 cartelli metallici rovinati che indicano stavoli e vuezzis. mi raccomando a sinistra. poco dopo c'è un bivio e si tiene la destra comunque seguire la traccia gps che con alcune svolte e un dietro front causa lavori porta alla strada che da mieli va a tualis. da qui andare a ravascletto e imboccare per 100 metri di dislivello la salita che porta a valsecca. ad un segnale del giro delle pievi buttarsi a destra e raggiungere zovello. da qui sentiero fino quasi cercivento. poche centinaia di metri di asfalto e svoltare a destra si sterrata che porta sulla strada tra sutrio e cercivento. fine.
alcune note: le salite sono lunghe e ripide, quindi molto faticose. le discese non permettono di rilassarsi e io sono smontato molto spesso nella prima. attenzione e prudenza e affrontarle solo se si è sicuri di ciò che si fa. media del giro circa 7km/h, quindi si passano molte ore in bici.
