Partenza da Aupa. Si sale la strada provinciale fino a raggiungere Sella Cereschiatis. Sulla destra si prende a salire la carrareccia con indicazioni malga Glazzat. La pendenza della strada (ormai quasi tutta asfaltata) a tratti risulta molto impegnativa. Arrivati ad un bivio in leggera discesa si raggiunge la Malga. Panorama magnifico. Al bivio precendente si segue in salita il sentiero 434 fino a giungere loc.Cuel di li erbis. Ad un crocevia (dritti si sale alla Creta di Cronz) a sinistra si segue il sentiero 435 verso Sella di Cereschiatis. Il single track risulta molto impegnativo soprattutto in prossimità della frana (tratto ripidissimo). Attraversato a piedi il ghiaione si perviene ad una insellatura. Il sentiero diventa molto scorrevole e divertente. Diff. single trail S3 con alcuni tratti a spinta. Da sella Cereschiatis sulla destra si scorge una stradina (erbosa) che porta ad uno stavolo. Inizia un bellissimo single track che interseca un paio di volte la strada provinciale. Diff. single trail S1/S2. In breve si raggiunge il punto di partenza.

Departure from Aupa. You go up the road until you reach Sella Cereschiatis. On the right it takes to climb the cart with directions Alm Glazzat. The slope of the road (almost all paved) at times is very challenging. Arrived at a crossroads in downhill we reach the hut. Magnificent view. Previous At the junction follow the path uphill until you reach 434 loc.Cuel of them erbis. At a junction (straight climb to Crete Cronz) to the left, follow the path towards 435 Saddle Cereschiatis. The single track is very challenging especially in the vicinity of the landslide (steep section). Walked across the scree we arrive at a hollow. The trail becomes very smooth and enjoyable. S3 Diff single trail with some sections in thrust. Cereschiatis saddle on the right you can see a small road (grass) which leads to a stavolo. Start a beautiful single track that crosses a couple of times the road. Diff. Single trail S1 / S2. You will soon reach the point of departure.
