Kombination aus dem Ruhrpott-Cross und dem Ruhrtalradweg Start am Wedaustadion in Duisburg, von dort in den Wald mit Route des Ruhrpottcross. Hier teilw. heftige Steigungen ! Der Rückweg ist dann über den Ruhrtalradweg zurück nach Duisburg mit nur noch flachen Strecken. Zwischenstop ist am Innenhafen in Duisburg. Von dort gehts zurück zum Anfangspunkt mit leider nicht mehr ganz so schöner Innenstadtstrecke, die aber nur wenige km lang ist.

Combination of the Ruhr valley and cross the Ruhr Valley Cycle Start on Wedaustadion in Duisburg, from there in the woods with directions Cross of the Ruhr. Here partly. Violent slopes! The return is then the RuhrtalRadweg back to Duisburg with only flat routes. Stop is at the inner harbor in Duisburg. From there, go back to the start point and no longer quite so beautiful downtown route, which is only a few miles long.
