partendo da Introbio ci dirigiamo per ciclabile fino a Taceno, da li iniziamo la lunga salita verso il pian delle Betulle, ancora su passando dal larice bruciato , arrivati alla fin e della sterrata si spalla la bike per un 15'/20', piccola parte pianeggiante e poi ancora bike in spalla per latri 15', si continua sul sentiero in costa molto panoramico sulla val biandino, discesa fino alla bocchetta dei rat e ancora bike in spalla per 50/60', arrivati al S. Rita si scende per un evidente sentiero tecnico sulla val Biandino (sentiero del bitto), arrivati alla Madonna della neve un pò di sterrata fino al Tavecchia dove la lasceremo per riprendere il sentiero del bitto, sempre tecnico..
