Trail Description

The Vorderalm, located in front of the Hochgern, accessible as a nice bike ride from the doorstep (for Traunstein and environment). Nice view in the Chiemgau! Start / finish for me again in Waging. On the bike path Waging & ndash; Chiemsee on chamber & ndash; Wang & ndash; Kraimoos to Chieming. The wheel signage is sometimes confusing. Now on the shore bike path along the Chiemsee, Hirschenauer bay to a Achenbrücke. There at the Tiroler Ache later the track next on the south side of the Easter book's holding (short Schilfweg, no Verhauer!) And through Bergen Moss by by Strassberg. Here the driveway begins at an initially flat, then steeper Foststraße. The steepest part is about 15%. Beautiful views of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau. From the Bayrer Alm is & rsquo s flat, followed by a later departure and then the final ascent to Vorderalm. After Waging owner of locals also called Muralm. When Konrad can stop to eat, Elfriede has certainly ready a good cake. The departure of cabbage instead (btw ditch. Hochfelln and Hochgern) is quite steep, then follows a paved road to mountains. Now getting Track after, partly beside the railway line to Traunstein. From the Klettertum you can right next to the Traun to WP & bdquo; connection & ldquo; drive, we must not take the detour via the beer garden of the Wochinger Bräu, although he's worth it. Then, on a rather not so known route via St. Leonhard - Ruhsdorf (short trial) and gas day back to Waging. Average by speedo / GPS: 84 km, 1260 Hm, 4 & frac12; Hours.
