Start Bad Kösen zum Rundkurs über Auerstedt- Eckartsberga- Bad Kösen. Bad Bad Kösen auf der Straße Richtung Saaleck. Von der Sonnenkuppe, Bad Sulza, den Wanderweg folgen, herrlicher Downhill runter zur Emsenmühle. Ab dort nach Westen auf gut ausgebauten Radweg bis Auerstedt. In Auerstedt unbedingt das Schloss und den Weidendom einen Besuch abstatten. dann weiter auf dem Finnewanderweg nach Nordwest, an den Napoleonslinden vorbei weiter bis zur Sommerrodelbahn Eckartsberga. Ab hier dann nach Norden die B87 überqueren und an der historischen Mühle vorbei Richtung Nordwest. Den Wald vollständig durchqueren bis zum Hasselbachradweg. Diesen dann in östlicher Richtung bis Ortseingang Möllern folgen. Ab hier dann 90° nach Süden auf einen Wirtschafts.-Feldweg bis Fränkenau. Ab Fränkenau auf den Weinwanderweg nach Bad Kösen zurück. In Bad Kösen weiter bis nördlichen Ortsausgang, hier zu den Reha-Kliniken abbiegen bis zum Kaffee. Nach dem lecker Kaffe und Kuchen retour zum Bahnhof.
