Start ist wiederum der Parkplatz oberhalb des Hotels Kulm in Innerarosa. Hinauf auf der Hauptstrasse verlässt man schnell die öde Teerstrasse und folgt dem breiten Trail immer hinauf bis zum Schwellisee. Dann folgt man dem steilen und teilweise holprigen Pfad links hinauf. Je nach Kondition lässt man das Bike hier stehen und steigt zu Fuss und ohne Balast durch die Felswand hinauf zum Aelplisee. Ich habe mein Bike einfach auf die Schultern geladen und bin so hinaufgestiegen. Wenn man einigermassen Trittsicher ist, absolut kein Problem. Oben angelangt (ca. 10 Minuten Aufstieg) ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich den Bergen wunderbar nahe. Vorallem am Abend oder früh am Morgen wenn noch nicht soviele Leute unterwegs sind. Anschliessend steigt man durch die Wand wieder runter und lässt den Schwellisee rechts liegen. Richtung Restaurant Alpenblick/LAW Mittelstation traversiert man nun auf ungefähr gleichbleigender Höhe das kleine Tal bis zum Restaurant Alpenblick. Dort hält man sich links. So gehts dann zurück nach Innerarosa und zum Ausgangspunkt.

Home is in turn the parking lot above the hotel Kulm in Innerarosa. Up on the main road you quickly leaves the barren asphalt road and follows the wide trail always up to the Schwellisee. Then follow the steep and partly bumpy path up to the left. Depending on your condition can be the bike stand here and rises on foot and without ballast through the rock wall up to the Älplisee. I have my bike simply loaded on the shoulders and am so ascended. If you are reasonably sure-footed, absolutely no problem. At the top (about 10 minutes climb) is beautiful and the mountains makes you feel close to wonderful. Especially in the evening or early in the morning when not many people are out. Then you climb through the wall down again and leaves are the Schwellisee right. Direction Restaurant Alpenblick / LAW Central Station is now traversed in approximately equal gender height lead the small valley to the Restaurant Alpenblick. There, keep to the left. So, we go back to Innerarosa and the starting point.
