Partendo dall' hotel Fondovalle di Città della Pieve si entra nella fraz.Ponticelli e si percorre il fondovalle ,dirigendosi verso Salci, ma un Km prima si svolta in direzione Palazzone. A questo punto si sale fino al Castello di Fighine per poi scendere fino alle vasche termali (acqua termale che esce dalla sorgente a circa 38°) di San Casciano dei Bagni dove è possibile fare una sosta per rilasarsi.
Starting from the 'hotel Fondovalle of Città della Pieve you enter the fraz.Ponticelli and walk along the valley floor, heading Salci, but Miles before you turn in the direction Palazzone. At this point you climb up to the Castle of Fighine and then down to the thermal baths (thermal water that comes from the source to about 38 °) of San Casciano dei Bagni where you can also relax in for a stop.
