Die Tour beginnt kurz vor Gosauzwang bei einen Öffentlichen Parkplatz Asphaltstraße nach Hallstatt ( Weltkulturerbe unbedingt rasten!) Nach dem Ort die Straße überqeren und ins Echerntal.Ab dem Simonydenkmal gehts zur Sache rund 1000 hm und sehr steil gehts immer folgend den Hinweisschilder (Dachsteinrunde) zur Roßalm.Einkehrmöglichkeit!dann links halten vorbei bei der Grubenalm zur Ebenalm.(Einkehrmöglichkeit und Fotografieren super Panorama)Dann folgt der schönste Abschnitt der Tour runter zum vorderen Gosausee! Eine gewaltige Aussicht auf den Dachstein und Gosaukamm!! Später geht es auf einer Asphaltstraße bis Gosau-Hintertal da den Gosaubach auf der linken Seite folgen bis zur Steinermühle.Ab da geht eine Schotterstaße zu einen kleinen See,dann rechts auf Asphalt bis zum Ausgangspunkt.
