Trail Description

From the parking lot, wonderful starting point, you go on the main road, cross it and follow the tags initially indicative, climb on asphalt until Someraro. (Some stretch is challenging). You leave the asphalt road in the town and passing over a bridge must continue to climb along a trail challenging and hard, then along a path easier and less tiring you arrive in resort (Thirteen birch), along a dirt road much smoother and moderately steep. Below, a short stretch where you must accompany the bike and then you get to & rsquo; Alpe Garden. Continuing to get on the road, near the abandoned. (From here came and went in the past, a small train, which, along a wide path still evident, climbed up near the top. From this point, go up along the road now until the end of the same, or almost reached the peak , turn right and reach the top of Mottarone passing in the vicinity of & rsquo; arrival of the cable car. Excellent view from the top. now from the top you descend to the valley, initially along a short stretch of dirt road, and then back on asphalt but only for a short Suddenly, at this point, leave the paved road (turn right) and you get a fun and scenic cross that leads us through beautiful passages in the woods & Outdoors; Alpe della Volpe and below after a short climb on a large, bare ridge meadows to comply with a panorama of four lakes (Lake Maggiore & ndash; Varese & ndash; Monate & ndash; Comabbio, then resumed the descent, we arrive near Gignese. You return to a short stretch of asphalt and then return with a (deviation to the left) , to come up with a few bends toward a plateau and then resume to fall, (turning right) to Brovello with a passage of single track. It passes in the middle of the country of Brovello and all & rsquo; exit of the village, take the left (barely noticeable) a path down to the creek, passing on an old Roman bridge and climb towards Graglia Piana and along a flat path is arrives at Carpugnino. It now goes to the roundabout which directs the highway, and now follow the signs to Stropino and Magognino, then veer towards Calogna and fall under the chestnut trees and regain the long descent towards Stresa passing from the small, picturesque church is St. Paul immersed in the woods. (In this section rely on the gpx track.) It & rsquo; so complex the path, this time, I find it difficult to give precise and very detailed, so my advice is to undertake it this route, only people who know the path or otherwise rely on the track gps gpx or attached to this report , and I apologize for this report is incomplete and in some cases unclear. However, it is a path that I would recommend. For a long climb at times very challenging, feedback is then faces an endless descent, with constant changes of direction and with a succession of several different steps and never dull, never encounter serious technical difficulties, but always with the possibility of pedal and let the bike slide on the ground at their own pleasure and fun.
