Trail Description

From the parking lot, go up again and then I place a little further ahead, leave the road where we just passed, and turning to the left to start the climb to the & rsquo; Alpe Paglio. After a series of switchbacks you get to & rsquo; alp, is abandoned at this point the paved road and continue on the dirt road toward the Pian delle Birches. Circling l & rsquo; arrival of the ski slopes pointing toward the path that leads to the ref S. Rita. With a sideways very hard but scenically beautiful, pass d & rsquo; Alpe Ortighera up to the brow to place & rsquo; beginning of the ridge to the top of Olino. My advice is to make this stunning variant. Pushing only for a short distance the bike, but then, coming on top of pedaling, you have the possibility of this summit, to observe the valley below and above to see a good part of the track that remains to be done to get closer to the shelter. The descent from the top, the brow is short but fun and everything cycling. From here, go down for a while until the nozzle Olino, then starts to climb towards the & rsquo; Alpe Agoredo. (A portion of this trail with bikes on their shoulders). Short stretch of path and again another trait to overcome bike on his shoulder. From here, with a long traverse almost flat wanders across the ridge of Pizzo Cornagera, watching a splendid panorama of the valley below Blond and the imposing bulk of the Pizzo dei Tre Signori. After l & rsquo; circumvention, it is down a narrow path very exposed on the valley below, (be careful) and then rising again toward the goal, while remaining constantly on the edge of the ridge. Again spallando the bike must necessarily remain on this path exposed to the variant of your choice you can make. Or go on forever on the edge of the ridge or descend slightly to the left towards the Val Brown and then up to the hut from the opposite side. This is the hardest part, difficult and hard, where you must also make careful not to slip downstream. Once at the shelter, all the difficulties are behind us. Without doubt, however, you will realize that this route is not trivial and requires above all a more than good physical preparation and ability to short but intense efforts. Descent. Leave behind all the difficulties, the descent is along the Val Varrone. There is no possibility of being wrong track, the descent is long l & rsquo; possible only road that winds along the stream Varrone. The fund is pretty choppy at times then a succession of different situations, but always without ever having the opportunity to quickly scroll through the bike, as some sections are quite steep and with a series of tight hairpins sometimes cemented. The nice thing is that finally in front of us is just downhill to return to the parking lot.
