7.Mai 2010 Achtung: Die B27 können Sie nicht mehr an der angegebenen Stelle überqueren.  Sie müssen in Richtung Roringen vorfahren und dort die Straße überqueren, so wie in meiner "Vier Türme Tour". Schade ! Ich werde die Änderung in Kürze einarbeiten. Bei der Tour zum Brotmuseum handelt es sich um eine einfache Tour, die sich besonders als kurze Trainingsrunde für den Frühaufsteher, den Anfänger oder den Kaffeefahrer eignet. Am besten macht man die Tour vor dem Frühstück und holt im Cafe Backstübl am Brotmuseum die Brötchen. Der leckere Kuchen lohnt aber auch eine Fahrt am Nachmittag.  Die Tour zum Brotmuseum nach Ebergötzen beginnt wie alle meine Göttinger Wald Touren am Kehr und führt von dort zum zweiten Startpunkt dem Landgasthaus Lockemann in Herberhausen. Von Lockemann verlassen wir Herberhausen auf der Ombronstraße und fahren bis zum Parkplatz des Seckbornsgrund. Hier folgen wir nach links der Forststraße und es beginnt eine leichte etwa 2km lange Steigung. Nachdem wir den höchsten Punkt erreicht haben, rollen wir weiter in Richtung B27 und überqueren diese vorsichtig in der Nähe des Söderrich. Vorsicht, denn die B27 ist in diesem Bereich leider 3-spurig ausgebaut und es wird sehr schell gefahren.  Auf der anderen Seite geht es auf der alten Forststaße ein Stück hinauf bis die wunderschöne Abfahrt über Bösinghausen nach Ebergötzen beginnt. Wenn Sie auf der Brücke die B446 überqueren, nehmen Sie das Tempo heraus, denn im Verlaufder Rechtskurve befinden sich zwei unangenehme Wasserablaufrinnen. Am End e der Straße stehen wir vor dem Brotmuseum und der Bäckerei Backstübl. - Auf dem Rückweg fahren wir durch das  Weisswassertal. Hier geht es die ersten Kilometer nur ganz leicht bergauf, so dass man die Steigung fast nicht merkt. Erst nach den Wiesen beginnt ein ca. 1km steileres Stück  bis zu dem Punkt, wo wir nach Bösinghausen abgebogen sind. An der B27 nehmen wir jetzt den Radweg über die Roringer Warte in Richtung Roringer Sportplatz und fahren über den Drakenberg nach Herberhausen. Von da geht es zurück zum Kehr. Eine Karte vom Göttinger Wald finden Sie bei OpenStreetMap. Den gpx-Track bearbeiten Sie am besten mit der kostenlosen Software prune. Mit dieser Software können Sie auch den Track einfach komprimieren (Span-Faktor), so dass er nicht mehr als 500 Punkte hat und in ältere GPS-Geräte passt..
