Trail Description

Home & nbsp; war in Lach - optionally also in Kindberg or Mitterdorrf in Muerztal (round trip). Hot biking on the bike path in Muerztal, from Mitter village (about 580m) it goes up to & quot; Stanglalm & quot ;. After a very good Apshaltstück a nice dirt trail leads through the forest. As the road is closed to traffic, often encounter a & quot; just & quot; Whalers who drive this route on the way to the place of pilgrimage Mariazell. The route is mostly in the shade, at about 1180hm the water tank can be fully fueled to a source. 1480 hm finally access to the forest home protection home on the Stanglalm. This can be good and plentiful food, although the cabin is still in renovation and expansion. The numerous crosses along the way bear witness to the many pilgrims who come here often and stay on the Stanglalm. After a snack we turn and after about 300m back, just before the highest point of the tour, we turn left. Now the technically demanding, & nbsp comes; very & nbsp; sexy section. Partial something gatschig, gruff slightly downhill falling, roots and meadows lead through a virgin forest with some very ancient woodland. (I have my last dinner found here = & gt; ceps by the wayside ...). The single trail is about 6km long and is sure to be a highlight. Finally we reach the & quot; Ochner Bauer & quot ;, a guest house, perched on Kindberg. The nahegeelegene & quot; Gipfelkreuz & quot; should not miss it: It offers a beautiful view of the Muerztal and the High Veitsch. Just behind the Ochner farmer there is a secret path through the forest, eventually to the official MTB Route & quot; K1 & quot; leads. In the valley we come back & nbsp; onto the cycle path and go north to the starting point. In a nutshell: A beautiful ride with a lacy single trail in the middle part!
