Lunga cavalcata lungo lo spartiacque tra la Val Maira e la Val Varaita seguendo la strada militare sterrata. Si sale inizialmente verso Roccabruna su asfalto fino a prendere, dopo aver lasciato a sx la strada per Sant'Anna, lo sterrato impegnativo che ci conduce al colle di Valmala ( 1539 mt slm). Si prosegue di nuovo su asfalto fino al colle Ciabra ( 1719 mt slm ), di nuovo sterrato panoramico facile fino al colle Birrone dove inizia la parte più impegnativa, fondo dissestato e irregolare in salita fino al colle Sampeyre ( 2289 mt slm )si prosegue oltre,al colle Bicocca (2293 mt slm) si segue il sentiero in salita verso il Pelvo d'Elva deviando a sx su single track pedalabile che taglia il versante.Poco prima del ruscello si piega a sx su traccia scarsa da ricercare fino a Garneri dove si trova acqua fresca.Si segue il sentiero che costeggia il torrente, piccolo guado e si ritrova l'asfalto a sx verso Villar, si scende lungo il suggestivo vallone d'Elva, poi il lungo tratto fino a Dronero per chiudere l'anello del giro.

Long ride along the watershed between the Val Maira and Varaita along the military road dirt. You climb initially to Roquebrune on asphalt to take after leaving on the left the road to St. Anne, the dirt road that leads to challenging hill Valmala (1539 m asl). Continue back up the hill on asphalt Desmentioura (1719 m asl), again panoramic dirt road up the hill easy Birrone where begins the most challenging, rough surface and irregular in Sampeyre climb up to the pass (2289 m asl), continue over , the hill Bicocca (2293 m asl), follow the path uphill to the Pelvo Elva turning left onto the single track that cuts the versante.Poco pedaled before the stream, turn left on track to search scarce until Garneri where is water fresca.Si follow the path that runs alongside the river, small ford and finds the asphalt left towards Villar, go down the picturesque valley of Elva, then the long stretch up to Dronfield to close the ring around.
