Die Tour führt im wesentlichen über geteerte Feldwege und Forststrassen, ist also keine "reine" MTB Tour im eigentlichen Sinne, hat dafür aber landschaftlich sehr reizvolle Abschnitte und man kann die Tour auch dann noch fahren, wenn - wie in dieser Saison - die Waldwege übermäßig aufgeweicht sind. Start der Tour ist am Hallenbad in Furth im Wald. Man fährt Richtung Bayplatz und verlässt Furth Richtung Drachensee. Weiter gehts Richtung Geishof, Schachten und am Grenzübergang Hofberg nach Tschechien. Am Grenzübergang Neukirchen gehts wieder nach Deutschland, man fährt durch Rittsteig und dann zur "Talstation Hoher Bogen". Von dort unterhalb des Kamms über Sengenbühl und Oberrappendorf wieder nach Furth im Wald zurück.
