Von Sonthofen-Rieden geht es zum nördlichen Stadtrand über einen Schotterweg in Richtung Burgberg. Wir verlassen das Dorf in östlicher Richtung auf der langsam ansteigenden Strasse an der Weiherle-Alpe vorbei zum Gasthof Alpenblick. Im Verlauf der Strasse halten wir uns an der Gabelung links und fahren weiter an der Talstation der Grünten-Materialseilbahn vorbei in Richtung Rossberg-Alpe. Anschliessend geht es ein Stück zurück auf dem gleichen Weg ( bei trockener Witterung empfiehlt sich der Trial auf dem alten Rossberg - nach dem Weiderost rechts dem schmalen Pfad in der Wiese folgen). Wieder auf der Strasse angelangt, geht es nochmals ein kurzes Stück zurück Richtung Rossberg, bis rechts der Wegweiser Drei-Angel-Hütte Fussweg auftaucht. Nach einem kurzen Trial durch den Wald erreichen wird die Strasse zur Drei-Angel-Hütte und folgen dem Wegweiser Richtung Bildstöckle. Vor nun an geht es mehr oder weniger steil teils auf Strasse teils auf Schotterweg wieder bergauf bis wir die Strasse von Oberried zum Bildstöckle erreichen. Ab hier geht es nur mehr bergab über Oberried - Unterried - Walten -Staig wieder zurück nach Rieden.

From vineyards Sonthofen-it goes to the northern outskirts on a dirt road towards Castle Hill. We left the village in an easterly direction on the slow uphill road to the Weiherle-Alpe over to Gasthof Alpenblick. Over the Road & nbsp; we keep left at the fork and continue to the valley station of the cable car Gruenten material past in the direction Ross mountain Alpe. Then it goes back a bit on the same path (in dry weather it is advisable to trial on the old Rossberg - after the cattle grid on the right the narrow path in the meadow follow). Once back on the road, it's again a short distance & nbsp; back direction Ross mountain, to the right of the signpost Three-fishing hut footpath emerges. After a short trial through the forest to reach the road becomes a three-fishing hut and follow the signs to Bildstöckle. Before now it's more or less uphill until we reach the road from Upper Ried to Bildstöckle steep partly on road and partly on dirt. From here it just goes downhill more about Upper Ried - Under Ried - sway -Staig back to vineyards.
