Si parte dal centro di Riolo Terme e si procede verso Monte Mauro (dopo le terme 400 mt a SX, stradina prima di un ponticello).
Ci attende una discreta salita fino alla cima del Monte.
Da quì una breve discesa per poi ritornare a salire per un paio di km.
Giunti sulla sommità ci tocca una lunga discesa, su strada asfaltata, piena di tornanti, fino a Zattaglia.
Avanti per un km circa, sulla destra troverete un cartello con indicazione: Pieve di S.ta Maria in Tiberiaci e M.te Mauro; si torna a salire per strada che diventa, dopo poche decine di metri, sterrata poi....si sale !! tra boschetti e case diroccate.
Dopo un km s'incrocia la strada che porta a M.te Mauro, si risale per poi trovare sulla DX un single-track che, con buona pendenza, ci riporta qualche centinaia di metri più a valle (occhio ai sassi sul percorso !).
Si riprende la strada per M.te Mauro, questa volta in discesa e dopo qualche tornante, sulla destra si scorge un fantastico crinale che tra viste mozzafiato e salite e discese "ardite" vi porta sulla strada per Villa Vezzano.
Dopo qualche km si trova il bivio per Riolo T. e si ritorna al punto di partenza.

It starts from the center of Riolo Terme and then to Monte Mauro (after 400 mt spas in SX, street before a bridge).
We are approaching a decent climb up to the mountain top.
From here a short down and then return to pick up for a couple of km.
On the top we have to a long descent on a paved road, full of hairpin turns, up to Zattaglia.
Next to a mile, on the right there is a sign indicating Pieve of Santa Maria in Tiberiaci and Mt Mauro; it rises again on the street that becomes, after a few tens of meters, then dirt .... you climb !! between groves and ruined houses.
After a km intersects the road leading to Mt Mauro, climb on the DX and then find that a single-track, with good inclines us back a few hundred meters to downstream (to the eye stones on the path).
You take the road to Mt Mauro, this time in downhill and after a bend, on the right you can see a fantastic ridge between ascents and descents and stunning views "daring" takes you on the road to Villa Vezzano.
After a few km away from the junction to Riolo T. and return to the starting point.
