Salita a Poggio Pratone per asfalto fino alla villa peyron e poi su strade sterrate e sentiero. Per salire il più possibile off road legare questa traccia con quella messa in precedenza " Pratone off road ".
Una volta arrivati in cima tutta discesa su sentiero fino a San Clemente dove si percorre un tratto di crinale verso Compiobbi fino all'inizio del sentiero 5 molto tecnico su sasso smosso e piccoli gradini fino a sbucare su sterrata tra Ontignano e Compiobbi poi a sx e subito a dx su traccia ripida in bosco di cipressi per sbucare alla fine quasi a Compiobbi.
Discesa divertentissima e varia ed anche abbastanza lunga considerando i luoghi dove siamo.
Da Compiobbi ritorno su asfalto e ciclabile, altrimenti è possibile risalire la valle del Sambre fino a Castel di Poggio e poi giù a Firenze seguendo il sentiero 2 bello e in alcuni tratti anche tecnico.

Ascent Poggio Pratone asphalt to Villa Peyron and then on dirt roads and paths. To go up as much as possible off road tie this track with that setup before, "Pratone off road".
Once you get on top of all the downhill path to San Clemente where along a stretch of the ridge towards Compiobbi until the beginning 5 of the path is very technical on loose rock and small steps until you come out on a dirt road between Ontignano Compiobbi and then left and immediately right on the steep trail in cypress forest to emerge at the end almost Compiobbi.
Descent hilarious and varied and also quite a lot considering the places where we are.
From Compiobbi return on asphalt path, otherwise you can go up the valley of the Sambre until Castel di Poggio, and then follow the path down to Florence and 2 beautiful in some places too technical.
