Si parte da Pinerolo in direzione Villar Perosa, svoltare a destra e salire verso la chiesa di San Pietro in Vincoli (ben visibile anche da fondo valle), continuare la salita su asfalto seguendo le indicazioni per Pra Martino. Al colle voltare a sinistra imboccando lo sterrato in direzione Crò, dopo circa 1km si raggiunge una piccola radura, prendere la traccia a destra. Si scende su una strada forestale stretta e ripida, piuttosto divertente. Fare riferimento alla traccia gps per districarsi fra le biforcazioni. Dopo un tratto dove la strada è diventata un sentierino con fitta vegetazione, salire sulla destra fino a raggiungere la strada asfaltata che da Sam Pietro sale a Pra Martino. salire su asfalto fin oal primo tornante, imboccare la strada sterrata che prosegue sulla sinistra e seguirla. Scendere seguendo la strada principale, ad un certo punto tagliare a sinistra scendendo su una traccia sconnessa fino a raggingere l'asfalto. Lo si segue circa 1km, poi svoltare a dx ed imboccare l’itinerario ciclo escursionistico sterrato che porta verso Abbadia Alpina.

It starts from Pinerolo in Villar Perosa direction, turn right and go towards the church of San Pietro in Vincoli (visible from the valley bottom), continue uphill on tarmac following the signs to Pra Martino. On the hill, turn left onto the dirt road in the direction Crò, after about 1km you reach a small clearing, take the track to the right. It falls on a forest road narrow and steep, pretty funny. Refer to the GPS track to disentangle between the forks. After a stretch where the road became a path with dense vegetation, climb to the right until you reach the paved road that goes up to Sam Peter Pra Martino. oal climb on asphalt since the first bend, take the dirt road that goes to the left and follow it. Get off on the main road, at some point, cut to the left down a bumpy track to have easy access to the tarmac. The following is about 1km, then turn right and take route hiking cycle dirt road that leads to Abbey Alpina.
