Die Tour begint am Campingplatz Montescudaio und führt 10 km über die Landstraße nach Bibbona. In Bibbona folgt man den Schildern "Macchia della Magona", die einen durch Altstadt von Bibbona in den Naturpark "Macchian della Magona" führen. Leider ist es uns nicht gelungen eine Alternative zur Landstraße zu finden. Am Ortausgang von Bibbona durchquert man nun eine typisch toskanische Landschaft mit Gutshöfen, die auch Zimmer anbieten. Nach weiteren 4 km leichtem Anstieg auf Vorstwegen ereicht man den Naturpark. Am Eingang findet man, wie bei allen Abzweidungen ein Karte des Gebietes mit Touren, Höhen, km, usw. Hier findet der Biker, das was man hier sonst schwer findet. Wir sind der Tour 13 gefolgt und sind einem Vorstweg gefolgt, der am Ende in einen schmalen und auch durchaus steilen Weg mündet. Wir sind dasletzt Stück gelaufen. Auf 355m Höhe angekommen sind wir der Tour 12 gefolgt, bis die Abzweigung zum Weg 7 kam. Hier hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Umland und das Meer. Der Weg 7 geht dann in einer Art Holweg durchaus anspruchsvoll bergab. D.h. stehend und mit Konzentration. Unten angekommen folgen wir wieder dem Vorstweg in Tal und über Bibbona zurück zum Campingplatz.
