Wegpunkte: Weisenbach - Reichental - Langenbrand - Gausbach - Forbach - Bermersbach - Weisenbach Beschreibung: Wir radeln von Weisenbach entlang des Murgtalwanderweges Richtung Hilpertsau. Am Ortseingang Hilpertsau überqueren wir die Bahnlinie Richtung Reichental. Entlang des Kunstweges am Reichenbachtal, vorbei an den typischen Tiroler Heuhütten geht es hinauf nach Reichental (370m). In Reichental biegen wir nach ca. 500m rechts in den Ebenweg zum Schöllkopf. Über das Latschigbachtal, vorbei am Rod geht es zum Katzenfelsen. Wir geniessen von hier die herrliche Aussicht ins vordere Murgtal und radeln auf festem Untergrund über das alte Mühlbachtal zur Grundhütte des Schwarzwaldvereines Langenbrand. Vorbei am Rastplatz Talblick (Obst und Gartenbau Langenbrand) geht es auf einem kurzen Single Trial hinunter nach Gausbach - Forbach. Ab der Murgbrücke in Forbach beginnt der letzte Anstieg durch das Sersbachtal (entlang dem Ziegenpfad) nach Bermersbach. Von Bermersbach geht es über den Stielrain zurück zum Ausgangspunkt nach Weisenbach Info:Tiroler Heuhütten des Murgtales Eine Besonderheit des Murgtals sind die sogenannten Tiroler Heustadelwiesen. Wegen des engen Tales musste vor etwa 350 Jahren unter großen Mühen in den steilen Murgseitentälern der Wald gerodet werden. Die Wiesen wurden als Heuwiesen genutzt, da sie für die Beweidung zu steil und zu feucht waren. Einwanderer aus Tirol brachten die Bauweise der hölzernen Heuhütten mit. In den Heuhütten lagerte das Heu und konnte im Winter mit einem Schlitten oder auch auf dem Rücken in einem hölzernen Tragekorb ins Tal gebracht werden.

Because of the narrow valley had to be cleared with great effort in the steep Murgseitentälern the forest about 350 years ago.
