Verso ANTIORARIO - Quote Min/Max 60/1030 -99% (qualche passo a piedi, chi più chi meno)
Parcheggiato appena sopra il paese di S.Antonio in Bosco (tornante q. 215) si risale brevemente alla ciclabile (ex sede trenino) e poi si scende a Bagnoli; si risale con ripidissime rampe il versante ovest del Grize e con finale su asfalto si arriva al Castello di Socerb.
Il percorso si dirige ora verso il lontano (ma distinguibile) monte SLAVNIK attraverso buone piste forestali ed una tipica pineta incontaminata. Buon fondo e pendenze miti permettono di superare la lunga salita. In cima si trova un rif. (aperto in stagione) ed un vasto panorama veramente unico dall'altopiano all'Adriatico. Un po' tecnica la discesa con tratti pietrosi e gradoni su massi fissi.

Towards CCW - Quote Min / Max 60/1030 -99% (a few steps on foot, some more than others)
Parked just above the village of S .Antonio in Bosco (q hairpin. 215), briefly climb the path (ex seat train) and then go down to Bagnoli; climb with steep ramps on the west side of Grize and final asphalt you get to the Castle Socerb.
The path is now heading towards the distant (but distinguishable) Slavnik through good forest tracks and a typical pine forest untouched. Good skiing slopes and myths designed to overcome the long climb. At the top there is a ref. (Open in season) and a large unique view from the plateau to the Adriatic. A little 'technical downhill sections with stony terraces of boulders fixed.
Is reported to a VAM of 600m / h
