Naja, zuerst am Fuldastrand entlang und dann eine Waldautobahn in das schöne Ringbachtal hinein. Zum Schluss des Anstieges eine steile Rampe zum Dammskopf hinauf. Danach geht es ziemlich chillig auf der Höhe entlang, bevor die Trails über die Höhe beginnen. Wahlweise kann man auch die parallel veraufenden Waldautobahnen wählen. Zum Schluss über das Wildköpfchen und eine technisch anspruchsvolle Abfahrt in das Fuldatal hinein, und im Tal zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Well, first at Fulda beach and then along a forest highway in the beautiful Ringbachtal inside. At the end of the climb a steep ramp to the dam head up. Then it's pretty chill at the height along before the trails begin on the amount. Optionally, you can also choose the parallel veraufenden forest highways. Finally, on the wild head and a technically challenging descent in the Fulda valley in, and in the valley back to the starting point.
