von Bichlbach neben der Bundesstraße auf Radweg nach Leermoos, über Bieberwier,Blindsee, Fernpass nach Nassereith. Dann beginnt ein steiler aber landschaftlich sehr schöner Anstieg ins Tegestal zur Tarrentonalpe(Einkehr). (wegen Schnee jedoch nicht vor Juni))Wehrmutstropfen ist die anschließend 3,5 Km lange Schiebe/Tragestrecke nur kurze Strecken fahrbar durch das Rotlechtal immer leicht bergab, bis man wieder auf die Forststraße und Bundesstraße hinaus nach Rinnen kommt. Ab Berwang geht`s nur noch bergab zum Ausgangpunkt.

Bichlbach next to the main road to bike path to Leermoos over Bieberwier, Blindsee, Fern Pass to Nassereith. Then a steep but very beautiful scenic ascent begins to Tegestal to Tarrentonalpe (refreshments). (Due to snow but not before June)) downer is then 3.5 Km long shift time / distance only short distances mobile always slightly downhill until you come through the Rotlechtal back on the forest road and trunk road out to gutters. From Berwang `s all downhill to the starting point.
