Anche questa granfondo mi è veramente piaciuta. L'unico neo è che si entra praticamente subito in un single track nel bosco coi conseguenti intoppi, meno male che eravamo circa 500 partecipanti! Rimasto fregato dall'altimetria, la parte difficile è negli ultimi 10 km, ove si sale e si ritorna da capo più volte in passaggi splendidi, poi c'è la salita costante di 3 km con alcune pendenze dure. Per la doccia tanto vale lavarsi nel Tevere.

Also this marathon I really liked it. The only drawback is that you enter almost immediately into a single track in the woods with consequent smoothly, thank goodness we were about 500 participants! Dall'altimetria was scrubbed, the hard part is in the last 10 km, where you go up and back again several times in splendid passages, then there is the steady climb of 3 km with some tough inclines. In the shower I might as well wash into the Tiber.
