Start in Hindelang am Parkplatz Touristinformation. Kurz entlang der Bundesstrasse und dann steil links bergauf auf die alte Jochstrasse. Diieser Folgen bis Oberjoch und dann links ab Richtung Unterjoch weiter auf der alten Jochstrasse. Durch Unterjoch weiter Richtung Wertach, dann rechts abzweigen Richtung Jungholz. In Jungholz steil bergauf und später steil bergab bis ins Vilstal. An der Vils entlang Richtung Schattwald, später Richtung Unterjoch und von dort zurück zum Oberjoch. Nun die alte Jochstrasse zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
