Trail Description

Enjoy.

Itinerary realized with the collaboration of the unstoppable Giada!
(I noticed that the track does not have very many points ... the next will modify the settings of the browser. However I hope it is usable).
Itinerary that starts from Ponte nelle Alps, Paiane fraction from the square of the now (sadly) abandoned train station.
After a first dirt road on the flat, salt asfaltone for evil to Pieve d'Alpago and then to Rifugio Carota. Practically the whole climb is on bitumen, with slopes that exceed the last stretch to the large 10% (heart in peace and legs shoulder). All of the climb, and then the downhill, after Shelter Carrot, allow frequent openings on the landscape below, with a wide view of Lake Santa Croce until fork Fadalto. The descent is on a dirt road, sometimes rough and stony, with quick strokes over forest fire in excellent condition, and ends with a section on very steep cement. The last section, in San Giorgio, past the ruins (very spoiled!) Of the castle, is on dirt floor and back on the main road that runs through Paiane.
Enjoy.
