1 Mal im Jahr im Mai findet ein Marathon in Weyregg statt. Vom Startpunkt, der Volksschule oder alternativ bei der Kirche, geht es dann am Höhenweg Richtung Bramosen und weiter über den sog. Erdrutsch (ca. 50m Tragepassage) auf den Krahberg. Abwärts dann zur Klausstube - Uphill Richtung Richtberg. Kurz oberhalb zweigt man rechts Richtung Reindlmühl ab(100Hm weiter aufwärts gelangt man zur Richtbergkapelle-sehenswert!) - über Wessenaurach gelangt man dann wieder via Gahberg nach Weyregg. Die restlichen Höhenmeter sind über gekanntes Terrain zurückzulegen. Teilweise hat die Route sehr anspruchsvolle Downhills - vor allem bei Schlechtwetter.
