Die Tour beginnt im Mescheder Norden am Parplatz des Kaufparks nahe dem Gewerbegebiet Enste. Nach einer kurzen Fahrt durch die "Bauernsiedlung" geht es am Vereinshaus Meschede-Nord vorbei über die Autobahnbrücke der A46 in den Arnsberger Wald. Hier beginnt jetzt der Aufstieg zum Stimm-Stamm, ca. 236 Höhenmeter auf einer Länge von 5,3 Kilometern. Am Umsetzer vorbei geht es Richtung Stimm-Stamm, wo die B55 überquert werden muss. Dann führt die Fahrt weiter über den Plackweg zum höchsten Punkt im Umkreis. Dort wurde am 07.06.2008 der 35 Meter hohe Lörmecketurm eröffnet. Von dem Turm gibt es einen tollen Blick rund um den Arnsberger Wald. Weiter geht die Fahrt bergab Richtung Föckinghausen. Wer sich der Sauerländer Küche hingeben möchte, hat im "Waldhaus Föckinghausen" die Gelegenheit dazu. Von Föckinghausen in Richtung Eversberg gibt es eine rasante Abfahrt quer durch Kyrill geschädigte Waldstücke, danach noch eine Fluß-/Bachdurchquerung, dann hat man kurz vor Eversberg wieder Asphalt unter der Pelle. Wenn man Glück hat sind kurz vor Eversberg die Modellflieger auf Ihrem Gelände aktiv. Dann geht es durch Eversberg über die Landstrasse Richtung Meschede und schließlich durch die Gartenstadt von Meschede wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
