Il percorso inizia in Borgo S. Moro, e attraverso strade interpoderali sia asfaltate, che cementate, che sterrate, arriva ad Artallo, Montegrazie, Moltedo, Vasia, S. Agata. Si passa essenzialmente in uliveti, ma anche boschi di quercie. Non è impegnativo fisicamente, nè tecnicamente ed è raccomandato a chi fa della Mtb un uso saltuario. Solo nell'ultimo tratto in discesa sono passato su sentiero ripido, ma si può evitare dirottando su asfalto. Il percorso si può ulteriormente allungare con le strade interpoderali di Vasia, Molini di Prelà, e si può anche accorciare scegliendo le innumerevoli stradine che congiungono la parte alta dell'anello con la parte bassa. Si ritorna esattamente al punto di partenza.

It goes essentially in olive groves, but also forests of oaks. It is not physically demanding, nor technically and is recommended to those who make an occasional use of Mtb. Only in the last downhill section I passed on a footpath, but you can avoid hijacking on asphalt. The path can be further diluted with the country roads of Vasia, Molini di Prelà, and you can also choose to shorten the countless streets that connect the upper part of the ring with the lower part. It returns exactly to the starting point.
