Die Auf-und-Ab-Tour im Lipper Bergland. Viele kleine, aber feine (und steile!) Trails bestimmen diese Runde von Bad Salzuflen bis nach Talle. Man jagt zunächst durch Kurgebiet - natürlich schiebend ;o) - hoch zur Hasenkanzel, weiter zum Bismarckturm am Hollenstein und nach Bergkirchen. Dann durch die Wälder bis nach Talle und den Schlussanstieg hoch zum Bonstapel. Zurück gehts schnell zumeist auf Asphalt. Aber wer bis dahin immer noch nicht genug hat, kann sich im Herforder Stuckenberg am Ende noch austoben. Im Winter oder bei nassem Wetter ist die Tour aufgrund der steilen Trails nicht zu empfehlen.

The up-and-down ride in the Lipper Bergland. Many small but nice (and steep!) Trails determine this round of Bad Salzuflen up by Talle. It hunts by first health resort - of course pushing o) - High to hare pulpit, on to the Bismarck tower at Hollenstein and after mountain churches. Then, through the forests to Talle and the final climb up to the Bonstapel. Backward fast mostly on asphalt. But who until then still does not have enough, can still let off steam at the end in Herford Stuckenberg. In winter or in wet weather, the tour is not recommended due to the steep trails.
