Pekný nenárocný okruh vhodný pro trénning. Trasa se dá pohodlne objet na trekovém kole. Trasa je vedena vetšinou po lesních asfaltkách nebo zpevnených cestách. První pulka je stále do kopce ale dá se jet svižne, protože zde nejsou prudké výjezdy a vetšna rasy je chránena pred vetrem. Druhá pulka z Dálova do Šternberka je za odmenu. Projedete si krásné dlouhé sjezdíky, Opet nejsou prudké ale zato casto jsou to singly po kterých se dá letet až padesátkou. Skoncíte ve Šternberku pod hradem. Po ceste je spousta zajímavých míst pro návštevníky kraje. Pojedete kolem prírodního koupalište "Horní žleb", dále projedete krásným hlubokým údolím rícky Sitky, po sjezdu z kopce Pomezí se pred Dálovem dostanete na louky, ze kterých jsou úchvatné výhledy na Hrubý Jeseník spolu s horou Praded. Nice unassuming circuit suitable for trénning. & Nbsp; The route is convenient to go around the track bike. The route runs mostly along forest asphalt roads or paved roads. The first half is still uphill but you can drive quickly, because there are no severe departures and & nbsp; vetšna race is being protected from & nbsp; wind. The second half of Dale in Sternberg is a reward. Drive through the beautiful long sjezdíky again not sharp but more often they are singly after which you can fly up to fifty. You end up in Šternberk below the castle. On the way there are plenty of attractions for visitors of the region. & Nbsp; Pass the natural swimming pool & quot; Upper Deep & quot ;, also pass a beautiful deep valley of the Sitka River, & nbsp; after downhill Border with before & nbsp; Dale get on the meadows, which are breathtaking views the gross Jeseník along with mountain-grandfather. & nbsp; (Some pictures I borrowed from the web http://www.olkolari.cz)
