Startpunkt ist im Ortszentrum von Murnau (siehe Karte unten). Von dort sehr flach und oft auf Asphalt über Ramsach nach Grafenaschau. Von hier durch den Moosgraben nach Schwaigen und kurz entlang der A95 bis zum ersten kleinen Anstieg, der in Richtung Oberau führt. In Oberau, am sehr schön gelegenen Schwimmbad, nach Querrung der Schiene zurück Richtung Eschenlohe. Von hier einen kleinen Anstieg hinauf und nach anschließender schöner Abfahrt Ankunft in Ohlstadt. Der Rest der Tour findet wieder auf Asphalt statt und führt über Hechendorf zurück zum Ausgangspunkt der Tour in Murnau. Insgesamt schöne, einfache, aber landschaftlich ansprechende Tour.

Starting point is in the center of Murnau (see map below). From there, very flat and often on asphalt over Ramsach after Grafenaschau. From here through the Moosgraben after Schwaigen and shortly along the A95 to the first little rise that leads towards Oberau. In Oberau, the beautifully situated swimming pool, according to Querrung the rail back towards Eschenlohe. From here, up a small rise and after subsequent nice Departure Arrival in Ohlstadt. The rest of the tour will take place again on asphalt and via Heche village back to the starting point of the tour in Murnau. Overall, beautiful, simple, but scenically attractive tour.
