Durch die Krankenanstalt Steinhof in das Erholungsgebiet Steinhof. (zur Feuerwehr am Steinhof) Dann im Wald Richtung Jubiläumswarte. Auf dem Wanderweg Richtung Schottenhof, weiter zur Rieglerhütte. Von dort auf der Forststraße zur Sophienalpe. Weiter, den Exelberg überqueren zum Hameau. Richtung Exelberg - Schottenhof wieder zurück. Teilweise Forststraßen, teilweise Singletrails und tolle Abfahrten. Ganz wenig Asphalt.
