il percorso di 56 km è tutto un falsopiano a parte qualche leggero strappo da prendere in velocità.
Si parte davanti alla baita degli alpini di Lugagnano e si fa un giro completo di circa 7 km attorno al paese per poi svoltare su una stradina sterrata ed iniziare il vero e proprio giro.
I paesi che vengono toccati son in ordine di passaggio;Mirabella,Gustalla,Rosolotti,Oliosi,San Giorgio in salici e Sona.
P.S io ho messo difficoltà media xè come notate la durata dell'itinerario è 2 ore cioè il tempo che ciò impiegato io domenica;2 ore 00 minuti e 04 secondi con una media di 28,2.
Ovviamente se voi lo prendete con un ritmo tranquillo il percorso non è per niente impegnativo

the route of 56 km is all a false flat with a few slight tear to be taken at speed.
It starts in front of the hut of the Alpine Lugagnano and it makes a complete revolution around 7 km around the village and then turn on a narrow road dirt and start the real round.
countries that are affected are in order of passage; Mirabella, Gustalla, Rosolotti, Oliosi, San Giorgio in willows and Sona.
PS I put medium difficulty xè as you notice the length of the route is 2 hours ie the time it took me to Sunday; 2 hours 00 minutes and 04 seconds with an average of 28.2.
Obviously if you take it with a leisurely pace the path is not is not at all challenging
