Diese Tour beginnt in Tarajalejo, einem kleinen Ort, auf der Westseite der Insel. Zunächst folgt man einem kleinen barranco, der aber auch als Schotterpiste genutzt wird, mit einer 2-3%igen Steigung,und taucht immer weiter ins Landesinnere. Dann folgt man der Strasse, an einer Ziegenfarm vorbei durchquert man das kleine Dörflein Tesejerague. Weiter auf Schotterpisten gelangt man immer weiter ins innere der Insel und bekommt einzigartige Eindrücke über Die Farbenvielfalt Fuerteventuras. Durchquert man das Tal der schlafenden Elefanten bis nach Pajara, der Gemeindestadt des Südens und einem der schönsten Orte der Insel. Nach einem kurzen Bick auf die wirklich einmalige Kirche des Ortes (eine Kirche mit einem Atztekenportal) geht es wieder nach Süden, und erstmal wieder nach oben. Am Aussichtspunkt (oben) angekommen hat man nochmal ein schönes Panorama auf die schlafenden Elefanten, und es kann jetzt wieder bergad gefahren werden.Durch das kleine Örtchen el Cardon geht es dann wieder Retoure nach Tarajalejo, zum Ausgangspunkt der Tour. Wer nicht gern allein radelt, kann diese Tour auch gern als geführte Tour mit super Guides und super Infos bei Volcano Bike fahren. Dort bekommt man auch Material und viele brauchbare Tipps.
