Tourstart ist in Parkstein. Von dort gehts teils auf kleinen Straßen bzw. Feldwegen über Altenparkstein nach Friedersreuth. Weiter auf dem gekennzeichneten Alpenvereinsweg (AV) zur Herzogspitze und Birkenreuth. Hier hat man den längsten Anstieg der Tour bereits geschafft. Der AV-Weg führt über teils technisch anspruchsvolle Wege direkt nach Erbendorf. Über kleine Straßen und Feld-/Radwege geht die Fahrt nach Ödwalpersreuth weiter wo man ins Waldnaabtal einbiegt. Hier sollte man sich etwas Zeit nehmen und die wunderschöne Natur genießen. Die Waldnaabtal-Hütte bietet auch eine gute Gelegenheit zur Einkehr. Nach der Hütte unbedingt am linken Ufer der Naab weiterfahren. Ab Windischeschenbach wird der Weg teilweise anstrengend, ist aber im gesamten Verlauf sehr gut beschildert. Ab Neustadt fährt man auf der Straße bis zum Eingang ins Sauerbachtal und auf der Höhe von Wendersreuth verlässt man dieses um auf der Straße zurück nach Parkstein zu gelangen.

Tour starts in Park stone. From there you go on some small roads and lanes on Old Stone Park after Friedersreuth. Next on the marked Alpine Association (AV) for Duke top and birch Reuth. Here one has already made the longest climb of the Tour. The AV path leads along technically demanding routes directly after heritage village. Over small roads and field / biking trip to the Ödwalpersreuth continues where turning into the Waldnaabtal. Here you should take some time and enjoy the beautiful nature. The Waldnaabtal Hut also offers a good opportunity to stop. Continue on to the cottage necessarily on the left bank of the Naab. From Windischeschenbach the path is partially hard, but is very well signposted throughout the course. From Neustadt you drive down the street to the entrance into Sauerbachtal and at the height of Wenders Reuth you leave this to go on the road back to Stone Park.
