Eine weitere Feierabendrunde durch die schöne Nordeifel. Es müssen 3 Berge erklommen werden, als da wären der Pflugberg, Brehberg und Galgenberg. Es geht zumeist auf Forst- und Wirtschaftswegen voran. Es sind aber auch wieder ein zwei Trails dabei ! Von Kommern deht's erstmal über den Prinzenweg hinauf in Richtung Grießberg, aber nicht bis ganz oben sondern unterhalb vom Gipfel geht's lang. Dann trifft man auf die Bundesstrasse hier links auf dem Radweg und dann Radweg rechts nach Strempt folgen. Vorbei am Sportplatz erreicht man dann Strempt und hier geht's auf eine Schotterpiste parallel zu den bahngleisen bis zur Mülldeponie. Von Hier aus nochmal bei der Umladestation auf eine Schotterpiste bis Kalenberg. Vorbei am Schrottplatz Haus Risa geht's dann hinauf auf den Pflugberg. Grober Kies auf dem Weg macht die Sache nicht leichter. Oben bietet sich einem ein schönes Rundum Panorama. Über Unterurholz geht's nach Lorbach und hier in einen ersten Trail hinunter zum Kallmuther Bach. Unten dann rechts und gleich wieder links auf geteertem Feldweg um den Hahnenberg. Dann geht's auf einem Pferdeweg hinauf auf den Galgenberg. Auch hier muss man einige Körner verbrennen, der aufgewühlte tiefe Boden fordert Kraft. Oben geht's vorbei an Windrädern, dem Meurerhof und beim Taubenthalr Hof dann hinab ins Königsfelder Tal. auf Asphalt und Schotter geht's durch das Tal und später dann rechts auf Schotter den Brehberg hinauf. Der Weg schlängelt sich durch einen herrlichen Buchenwald bis man oben dann nach Weyer kommt. Vorbei an der Kirche geht's wieder bergab bis nach Vollem. auf der anderen Seite der Kreisstrasse wieder hinauf auf Asphalt nach Lorbach und dann weiter bis nach Bergheim. Hier gehts in den Truppenübungsplatz zum Buchholzer Weiher und dann vorbei an einem leeren Regensammelbecken zum Baltesbendener Weiher wo ein weitere kurzer Trail hinunter nach Mechernich führt. Am Orstrand von Mechernich geht's über weiter Trails vorbei an einer Wohnsiedlung und dann über Vierwege hinunter nach Burgfey. Hier dann nochmal hinauf zu den Tennisplätzen in Kommern-Süd und dann Endspurt am Wildpark und Sportplatz vorbei zurück nach Kommern.

Another Feierabendrunde through the beautiful North Eifel. There must be three mountains climbed as because the plow mountain, Brehberg and Gallows would. It usually goes ahead on forestry and farm roads. But there are also another two trails there! From Kommern DEHT's first over the Prinzenweg up towards mountain meal, but does not go all the way up but below the summit's long. Then you come to the main road left onto the bike path and then follow bike path right to Strempt. Past the sports field then you reach Strempt and here's goes on a gravel road parallel to the train tracks to the landfill. From here out again at the transfer station on a gravel road to Kalenberg. Passing the junkyard house Risa It's then up to the plow mountain. Coarse gravel on the road does not make things easier. Upstairs offers one a nice round panorama. About Unterurholz it's off to Lorbach and down here in a first trail to Kallmuther Bach. Then bottom right, then left again on paved dirt road to the mountain cock. Then it's on a bridle path up to the gallows. Again, you have to burn some grains, the troubled deep soil demands strength. Above you will pass wind turbines, the Meurerhof and the Taubenthalr court then down into the King Valley fields. on asphalt and gravel you walk through the valley and then turn right on gravel the Brehberg up. The trail winds through a beautiful beech forest until you above then Weyer comes. Goes past the church's back downhill to full. on the other side of the county road back up on asphalt after Lorbach and then further to Bergheim. Here you go in the military training area for Buchholz pond and then past an empty rain reservoir for Baltesbendener pond where a further short trail leads down Mechernich. At the edge of Mechernich It's about more trails past a housing estate and then four-way down to Burgfey. Here then again up to the tennis courts in Kommern-south and then sprint at the wildlife park and sports court over back to Kommern.
