Runde um Rodalquilar im Herzen des Nationalparks Cabo de Gata mit Spitzen-Trails am Meer und in einem alten Vulkankrater Asphalt 8km Piste 16km Trail 10km Startpunkt ist das Info-Zentrum des Nationalparks in Rodalquinal. Auf der Hauptstrasse nach Süden bis zum Parkplatz ca 500m nach dem Mirador. Dort startet ein Super-Trail zur Bucht von de la Loma. Hier links halten und bis La Isletta floaten, und weiter auf Trail auf und ab bis zur Hauptstrasse. Die Rambla ab Las Presillas Bajas ist von Quads leicht zerwühlt, der Abzweig in die Caldera de Majada Ronda dafür ein Traum. Hier besser nicht im Flussbett fahren, es gibt einen Ziegenpfad daneben. Über Los Albaricoques (Cafe) zu den Minas de Avellan. Den Abzweig nach links von der Minen-LKW-Autobahnpiste nicht verpassen und auf dem Trail grinsend durch die Rambla bis zum Meer... Variante -Bei den Minas de Avellan müsste es auch auf den Minenpisten ins nächste Tal gehen
