Von Frammersbach über die Kreuzkapelle nach Habichtstal, Vorbei an der Kirche über das "Habichtstaler Feld" Richtung Heinrichstal. Ab der Kläranlage Heinrichstal stetig bergauf bis zum Dr. Degen Weg "schwarzes D". Auf dem Höhenweg zum Engländer und von hier Bergab über Eichenberg und Rottenberg "rotes X" nach Hösbach. Zurück am Radweg entlang der Hauptstraße bis nach Laufach. Nach der Tankstelle am Ortseingang rechts dem Radweg folgen. Dieser führt erst moderat, dann ständig steigend hinauf zu den sieben Wegen. Oben ankekommen dem Radweg durch den Kaltengrund folgen. Weiter nach Wiesthal und über die Hockenruh und Kreuzkapelle zurück nach Frammersbach
