Itinerario molto divertente e mai troppo difficile sia in salita che discesa con lunghi pezzi in ST.
Dal Salviatino fino a poggio Pratone quasi tutto off road passando per Vincigliata, Castel di Poggio, Monte Fanna. Poi discesa divertente su sentiero nel bosco con brevi tratti tecnici fino a passo Catena.
Da qui a Monteloro su strade bianche con un breve tratto di asfalto.
Da Monteloro fino a le Falle su sentiero sassoso ma non difficile.
Poi da Compiobbi ritorno a Firenze per asfalto e ciclabile lungo l'arno.
Per rendere il giro ancora più impegnativo basterebbe risalire da Compiobbi la valle del Sambre fino a Castel di Poggio e poi giù a Firenze.

Route lot of fun and not too difficult both uphill and downhill with long pieces in ST.
From Salviatino up to the hill Pratone almost all off road through Vincigliata, Castel di Poggio, Monte Fanna. Then descent fun on the trail in the woods with a short technical sections up to step chain.
From here to Monteloro on roads with a short stretch of asphalt.
From Monteloro until the Falle on stony path but not difficult. < br> Then from Compiobbi return to Florence for asphalt path along the Arno.
To make the ride even more challenging Compiobbi enough to go back to the valley of the Sambre until Castel di Poggio and then down to Florence.
