Trail Description

The tour begins and ends at Planegg City Rail Station. It leads almost exclusively on forest and farm roads (and is therefore only partially with touring or trekking bikes passable) through the intermediate Lakeland Ammersee and Lake Starnberg to Kloster Andechs. Andechs is always good for a break. From there it goes first on asphalt road through the town Erling on. After crossing the main road you drive on the dairy over on a first paved, gravel farm road later after Machtlfing. In the center of Machtlfing is sharply turned left and drove first on asphalt road. After the gravel pit a farm track turns right and leads us to Eßsee. Before Eßsee is again turned right and went to Aschering. From Aschering then it goes on farm roads toward Maising. After crossing a forest road it goes west on Maisinger lake by up to a paved intersection, is bent at a sharp right again. The little traveled road leads directly into the place Maising in which the inn Georg Ludwig invites to take a break (especially recommended ones are strudels). In Maising it goes first briefly downhill. Shortly before the end, turn left into a small road, the one after about & nbsp; 50 m leaves again to switch to the path in the Maisinger Schluch before the forest to the right. This ends in Starnberg. Following the track through the city you will encounter the Riedener way in which you einbiegt left. Through the golf course then you head into Würmtal and the creek following up to Gauting. In Gauting you switch on the main road on the other (left) Würmufer and sets the drive through the towns and village Stock Krailling up to Planegg, the starting point for the tour.
