Auf der "Mittleren Umrundung" um Lamspringe durchqueren wir die Waldgebiete nördlich, süd-östlich und östlich von Lamspringe. Auf der etwa 35km langen und mit fast 600hm recht anspruchsvollen Tour ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ob lange seichte oder kurze knackige Anstiege, rasante Abfahrten, technische Passagen (Sprünge, Wurzelteppiche, Baumstammüberfahrten) wie auch flowige Trails. Die Wegführung besteht zu rund 75% aus Waldwegen, Wiesenwegen und Forststraßen, 20% Singletrails und Trampelpfaden sowie zu etwa 5% aus auf der Straße zurückzulegender Strecke, welche zum Erreichen der einzelnen Waldgebiete dient. Da bei dieser Tour auf Teilstücke der Rundtour "Umrundung niedere Berge"gefahren wird, sind ab und zu blau-weiße Bikerschilder am Wegrand zu sehen. Diesen sollte aber keine Beachtung geschenkt werden,da die "Mittlere Umrundung" um Lamspringe auf Grund der Länge nicht ausgeschildert ist.
